On 19th January 2024, annual party was held for employees working at the Tokyo office for the first time in four years, organized by Labor-Management Council.
Since this was the first major event after the COVID-19 pandemic, we were worried about whether many people would participate, but about 120 people attended as a result! 2024年1月19日、東京本社勤務者を対象に、労使協議会主催にて4年ぶりに慰安会を開催しました。
コロナ禍を経て初めての大きな社内イベントだったため、参加してもらえるか不安な気持ちもありましたが、約120名の方にご参加いただきました！

This time, we held a quiz contest and a lucky drawing with gorgeous prizes.
The quiz contest themed “Who knows the most about Miyamoto-san, our CEO”, to explore Miyamoto-san’s unknown side.
The original quizzes about Miyamoto-san were asked to participants, such as “What catchphrase does Miyamoto-san give himself?” and “What hairstyle Miyamoto-san would like to try?”. These quizzes had been created by the Labor-Management Council members with the cooperation by Miyamoto-san in advance. 今回の慰安会では、クイズ大会や豪華な景品の当たる抽選会を実施。
クイズ大会では、宮本社長の知られざる意外な一面を探る、「宮本社長通選手権」を行いました。
宮本社長にもご協力いただき、労使協議会メンバーで、「自分に付けるキャッチフレーズは？」「やってみたい髪型は？」などのオリジナルの問題を作成しました。

For the lucky drawing, we prepared more gorgeous prizes than usual such as hot spring accommodation tickets, a robotic vacuum cleaner, and a high-end hair dryer. The winners expressed the joy with victory pose!

It was a good opportunity for employees to communicate with people they don’t usually have a chance to meet, and the atmosphere was friendly from start to finish, making it cozy event with a sense of unity that is typical of Polyplastics.
In a post-event survey, about 90% of participants answered that they were “satisfied” with the event.

The Labor-Management Council will continue to incorporate employees’ opinions and requests as much as possible to plan fun events, so please look forward to next events. 抽選会では、温泉宿泊券や、ロボット掃除機、高級ドライヤーなど、例年以上に豪華な景品をご用意しました。

普段なかなか顔を合わせる機会の少ない人と、コミュニケーションを取っていただく良い機会となり、終始和気あいあいとした雰囲気の中、ポリプラらしい一体感のあるアットホームな会となりました。
事後アンケートを実施したところ、参加者の約90%に「満足した」と回答いただきました。

労使協議会では、今後もできる限り皆さんのご意見・ご要望を取り入れ、楽しいイベントを企画していきたいと思っていますので、今後もどうぞお楽しみに。
