On Wednesday, May 24, a total of 35 teachers and students from Kaohsiung Municipal Linyuan Senior High School,Taiwan visited Fuji Plant and TSC(Technical Solution Center) as part of a career education program. The visit was a part of the school’s “Chemical Industry Program,” which aims to provide students with career education by giving them a realistic knowledge and understanding of the chemical industry through an actual visit to our company, which has a large share in the global engineering plastics’ market. The day was blessed with the fine weather, a cloudless blue sky, and Mt Fuji. We closely followed the two-and-a-half-hour visit, including video clips, so please be sure to watch it through to the end! 5月24日(水)にキャリア教育の一環として、台湾・高雄市立林園高級中學の教師と生徒のみなさん計35名が富士工場とTSCを訪問しました。今回のプログラムは、同校が実施している「化学工業プログラム」の一環で、グローバル市場で高いシェアを持つ当社を実際に訪れることで、化学工業のリアルな知識や理解を得るというキャリア教育を目的としたものです。当日は天候に恵まれ、雲一つ無い青空のもと富士山も学生たちを歓迎しているようでした。動画も交えながら、2時間半に渡る訪問の様子に密着しましたのでぜひ最後までご覧ください！ 來自台灣高雄市立林園高級中學的師生共35人，在5月24日星期三時參訪了富士工廠及技術解決方案中心，作為職涯教育計畫的一環。本次拜訪是該校「石化專班」的一部份，由於本公司在全球工程塑膠市場佔有一席之地，希望透過學生實際參訪為其提供職涯教育，讓他們對石化產業有更真實的了解和認識。當天天氣晴朗無雲，還能看到富士山。整個參訪為時兩個半小時，我們細心記錄了整個過程，也有做成影片，所以請務必看到最後！

F-BASE
生産統括本部の西川さんが3FのF-CAFÉ 、2Fのワンフロアエリア、ソリューションフィールドの順に案内し、従業員同士のコラボレーションを活性化させる仕掛けづくりについて、説明を行いました。
中央コントロール棟
中央コントロール室では、生産統括本部の阿部さんがPOMの製造プロセスに関わる各設備の運転操作と監視について説明を行いました。
ショールーム
TSCのショールームでは、研究開発本部の蔡さんが、各樹脂の用途について身近な製品を例に紹介しました。製品見本が多く展示されていることもあり、学生のみなさんからの質問も特に多くみられました！
実験室・成形室
研究開発本部の尾関さん試験片を利用した引張試験や、動いている成形機を使って、実際に行われている開発の様子を紹介しました。試験方法や、結果にばらつきが出た場合どうするのかといった質問が多く寄せられ、学生のみなさんは興味津々の様子でした。 マレー語簡体字 戴上安全帽後，學生們已準備好開始參觀囉！

F-BASE

在中央控制大樓參訪時，生產管理部的阿部先生解釋了POM（聚甲醛）製造過程中，每個設施應如何操作及監控狀況。
展示室
在技術解決方案中心的展示室時，研發部的蔡先生以常見的產品為例，介紹了每種樹脂的應用。當天展示了大量樣品，學生們也踴躍地發問！
實驗室及成型室
研發部的尾關先生使用測試樣品及運作中的成型機進行拉伸試驗，介紹了實際的開發過程。學生們感覺非常有興趣，並針對測試方法提問以及結果不同時該如何處理。ドイツ語
