A long wish come true
It was only the year before Corona that my father told me about his long-cherished wish to hold a bird of prey on his hand one day. I was now able to fulfill this wish for him and so we spent a day at the falconry Großer Feldberg and listened to a lot of interesting things about the animals and were also allowed to hold them at the end. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal for an air show, but we will definitely make up for that in 2023.
The magic of this photo for me is the joy in my father’s eyes.
Recap Bowl of 2022 !
I took this picture on 1st January 2022, it was bright Saturday morning. My daughter hollered at me to take a look what she found. Randomly she poured the alphabet cereal in a bowl of milk and scribbled up the LOVE word unintentionally. So, quickly I searched for another word before it gone melt. There were ‘Ss’, so that I can set up 2022. I decided to keep this picture for 2022 memories recap. There were so many ups & downs. I won’t skip the hardest one. Because I learned a lot from it and I believe, it’s never too late to learn anything! We are the dreamers! Wish me luck for next challenges in 2023. I wish you all the best too!
Storm at the Sea
This pic was taken on October 22nd, 2022, during my last vacation. I travelled to Puerto Vallarta, and we were visiting a nearby beach called Sayulita. Hurricane Roslyn would make landfall in the evening, the weather was already rainy, but we still went to the beach, where I managed to take this beautiful picture.
My rent (The parking fee is included.)
I went to Azabu Juban* for lunch to use the bonus effectively.
This advertising board caught my eye. Monthly parking fee 60,000 yen, It is the same amount as my rent..
That was the moment I realized that only cars could be parked in this area.
*Azabu Juban is a high-class area in Tokyo where the wealthy people live.
Parents’ dog
This photo is a scene of a dog school. The dog sitting in the middle looking at the camera is my family’s Shiba Inu, and her name is Momo.
Momo came to our house when she was six months old. So, for the past year, my parents have been taking Momo to a local dog school on a regular basis. Now she grew up to be a good girl who listens to what my parents say. It’s been two years since I left my parents’ house, but Momo is like my little sister.
I regularly spend my vacations in my home country Norway and love the fjords around Oslo. It is always a special moment when we arrive after the long drive with our dogs and the first jump into the water takes place.
In the photo I caught my dog Pelle in the jump and my dog Pixie is still looking for the right jumping off point.
