The shift operators in production have to be on site to keep the plant operation.

So TAP implemented the following safety measures for our colleagues:

The employees received additional mouth and nose covers and disinfectant liquid.
The sneeze-protection installed at shift supervisor’s place (as you can see in the photos) and the shift table is handed over without contact.
The minimum distance is observed not only in the workplace, but also in the break area. 私たち生産部門でシフト勤務する従業員は現場での作業が要求されるため、COVID-19の状況下の中でも現場に行かなければなりません。

そこで会社が我々従業員のために以下の職場の安全対策を実施してくれています。
・鼻と口を覆うカバーの従業員への配布、消毒液の設置
・シフト監督者の席へのくしゃみなどによる飛沫感染を防ぐアクリル板(写真の通り)の設置。シフト表も接触せずに渡すことができるようになりました。
・執務室のみならず休憩室においてもソーシャルディスタンスを確保 Für unsere Produktion und die Schichtmitarbeiter ist es unabdingbar vor Ort zu sein und so wurden folgende Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für die Mitarbeiter umgesetzt:
Die Mitarbeiter haben zusätzliche Mund-Nasen-Bedeckungen und Desinfektionsflüssigkeit erhalten. Dem Schichtmeister wurde ein Nies-/Spukschutz an seinem Platz installiert und die Schichtübergabe erfolgt kontaktlos. Es wird nicht nur am Arbeitsplatz, sondern auch im Pausenbereich darauf geachtet den Mindestabstand einzuhalten.

The equipment in the workplace is cleaned more frequently and the employees’ awareness on the importance of hygiene was improved through the brief safety discussions. We discussed once again how important the minimum distance (social distancing), washing hands, coughing and sneezing in paper handkerchiefs or the crook of the arm, but also the ventilation of rooms is. Also, topics like “protective equipment and work clothing should be separated from everyday clothing”, “how we should do our regular cleaning of tool reefs, machine parts”,etc. were also discussed. 工場内の工具や共有設備などは頻繁に清掃されるようになり、安全に関する打ち合わせを通じて従業員の衛生意識も高まっていきました。また、紙ハンカチまたは腕の内側で咳やくしゃみの際は覆うこと、社会的距離を保つこと、手洗いをすること、そして部屋の換気がどれほど重要であるかを再び議論しました。さらに、「防具・作業服は、日常の衣類とは分けて管理する」「工具・機械部品の定期的な清掃」などのテーマについても議論しました。 Arbeitsmittel und Oberflächen werden vermehrt gereinigt und auch in Sicherheitskurzgesprächen wurden die Mitarbeiter noch einmal für das Thema Hygiene sensibilisiert. Es wurde verdeutlicht wie wichtig Mindestabstand, das Händewaschen, Husten und Niesen in Papiertaschentücher oder die Armbeuge, aber auch das lüften von Räumen ist. Das darauf zu achten ist Schutzausrüstung und Arbeitskleidung getrennt von der Alltagskleidung aufzubewahren. Auch regelmäßiges Reinigen von Werkzeugriffen, Maschinenteilen usw. wurde besprochen.
