Be shocked by the number while step on weight scale? Working on weight loss? But still not lose any weight. Then you are the candidates who we recruit to join the weight control course! The company holds the course to motive employees to make some changes. Losing weight is a possible mission.

From the health check report, we found over 48% of employees had overweight problem by using the key measures including body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, and risk factors.. This year, we launched a series of comprehensive activities to enhance employees’ awareness of the overweight linking to the health risk.

Besides of hiking activity, cooperating with Public Health Center, we started the weight management for a six-week course from April 18. Total 26 staffers swore to achieve the goal of weight loss. Every course was held on every Friday included two parts. In the first half, a dietician taught us a lot of tips about healthier diet and concept. Later, there was a dynamic exercise – aerobics teaching by a spicy gym instructor.

May 28 was the final day of weight control course to check the results of 26 participants’ weight. Everyone spoke loudly, “I did it!” All of them lost weight more or less 2 kilos. Surprisingly the biggest loss is 7.7 kilos. Under the motivation (or pressure, they said) from each other, participants shared their proud achievement on weight loss.
