News 1 Vol.65

The Continuing Challenge, the second booklet of commentary on the corporate philosophy with a message by CEO Noboru Goto, was issued and distributed to employees on March 11, 2014.
The booklet was distributed to employees for two purposes. One is provide commentary that will deepen employees’ basic understanding of the Polyplastics Group Corporate Philosophy, which was established in October 2010. The other is to relate real stories of practical application of the corporate philosophy by employees for all employees to share.

The first booklet of commentary was issued in February 2011 only in a Japanese version and an English and Chinese version. Since then the Polyplastics Group has become increasingly globalized. In addition to Japanese, English, and Chinese (both simplified and traditional Chinese characters), the second booklet was also issued in Malay, German, and Thai so that Polyplastics Group employees around the world are able to read the booklet in the language that is easiest for them to understand.

The last half of the booklet contains articles by group employees describing how they understand the Polyplastics-Way and Polyplastics-Family values in the context of their daily work. The seven people who cooperated in contributing articles for the booklet all come from different countries, have different job titles, and do different kinds of work.
