101 employees, 60% of PTW population, have served for 20 years in PTW since foundation in 1991. In order to appreciate these employees' service and contribution, as well as to motivate and encourage their long term service, each veteran receives one memorial gift, crystal trophy with PTW logo and each color portrait.

Comparing to other Taiwan enterprises, PTW's low turnover rate reveals employees are confident of the company due to stable and safe working environment. Such environment makes employees can concentrate on their job and take care of their families as well.

Based on achievement of those highly-skilled senior staffs, PTW is heading towards another target next 20 years. Let us express a gratitude to the seniors.
