About Polyplastics' Non-Compliance Reporting

The Polyplastics Group Corporate Ethics Helpline has been renewed and was put into operation on January 1, 2012. All companies in the Polyplastics Group have already been notified of this via the Gr. bulletin board.

The Corporate Ethics Helpline was set up as a means of ensuring concrete implementation of the Polyplastics Group Conduct Policy. The helpline is a system by which you can consult with and report to the company dishonest or illegal acts, unethical conduct, or other compliance violations that you encounter on either the corporate or individual level. Persons who contact the helpline concerning such matters will be protected.
The objectives of the helpline are to prevent acts and conduct that violate corporate ethics and enable swift and steady implementation of measures to correct and prevent the recurrence of violations.

The former helpline was available only in Japanese. However, in light of the incident at PAP involving unauthorized product distribution, the helpline has been renewed so that it is available in English to all group company employees with the objective of reinforcing implementation of the Polyplastics Group Conduct Policy in all group companies.

[ Basic Flow ]

1. At first, you can see a screen shown as below.

2. Please read its guideline & policy.
If you understand it, please click "To Entry Form"button.

3. You can choose reporting pattern from 3 ways.

1. Disclose your name to the company

2. Disclose your name to the reporting contact,
but keep anonymous to the company

3. Keep anonymous both to the company and to the reporting contact

We can perform investigation easily in the first case, though, in case you don't want to disclose your information to us, you can choose 2nd or 3rd option.
At the same time, when you chose 2nd or 3rd option, you can decide disclose/ keep anonymous on some items like your gender, department and so on.

4. Fill in the blanks... that's all !

If you have any doubts concerning compliance in your workplace—for example, if you suspect a compliance violation, or someone you work with does something that seems dishonest—don’t hesitate to contact the helpline and report your concern following the steps described above. Persons reporting to the helpline are ensured protection and reports will never be leaked to the outside.
