Polyplastics exhibited between 10/19 and 26 at K 2022 Trade Fair-Plastics and Rubber, the world’s largest international plastic and rubber industry exhibition held in Messe Dusseldorf, Germany. K-Fair is an exhibition that is held once every three years, and this is the fourth time for Polyplastics to participate. Oktober auf der K 2022 Messe-Kunststoff und Kautschuk aus, der weltweit größten internationalen Fachmesse für die Kunststoff- und Kautschukindustrie in der Messe Düsseldorf, Deutschland. Die K-Fair ist eine Messe, die alle drei Jahre stattfindet, und Polyplastics nimmt zum vierten Mal daran teil. Insgesamt stellten mehr als 300 Unternehmen aus, und 176.000 Besucher aus der ganzen Welt zeigten sich begeistert.　Wir stellen Ihnen drei wichtige Punkte über den Polyplastics-Stand auf dieser K-Messe vor!

As Polyplastics’ first attempt, we set up a special exhibit on the theme of “Sustainability,” which is in increasing demand around the world, in our booth.
Polyplastics’ exhibited the latest products that use sustainable raw materials: DURACON® bG-POM that utilizes biomass methanol, DURANEX® rG-PBT that is an alloy material of recycled PET and PBT, and DURACON® eG-POM that utilizes e-methanol (*concept only exhibited during development), and shrink film of TOPAS®COC suitable for recycling, PLASTRON® LFT using cellulose long fiber, and Daicel Miraizu’s CELBLEN -EC, which uses natural cellulose as a raw material, The highly biodegradable cellulose acetate “CAFBLO™” of Daicel  was exhibited to show how the Daicel Group as a whole can contribute to the Circular Economy and Carbon Neutrality, for which there is a growing need around the world.
Customers who visited our booth actually reacted to such items well, and many of them showed especially strong reaction to bG-POM and CELBLEN.ポリプラの初の試みとして、世界中でニーズが高まる「サステナビリティ」に関する特別テーマ展示を新たに自社ブース内に設置しました。
バイオマスメタノールを活用したDURACON® bG-POM、リサイクルPETとPBTのアロイ材であるDURANEX® rG-PBT、そしてeメタノールを活用して作るDURACON® eG-POM（※開発中につきコンセプトのみの展示）という、サステナブルな原料を活用したポリプラの最新の製品と、リサイクルに適したTOPAS®COCのシュリンクフィルム、セルロース長繊維を用いたPLASTRON®LFT、そして天然セルロースを原料とするダイセルミライズのセルブレン-EC、ダイセルの高生分解性酢酸セルロース「CAFBLO™」を展示し、世界中でニーズの高まるサーキュラーエコノミーやカーボンニュートラルに対してダイセルグループ全体でどのように貢献できるかをアピールしました。

One of the major changes in Polyplastics since the last exhibition (2019) is that it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Daicel. At this exhibition, as mentioned above, we were able to introduce Daicel Miraizu’s CELBLEN-EC, Daicel’s CAFBLO^TM, and PLASTRON, which had been transferred from Daicel, and we were able to appeal to our customers with a more enriched portfolios!前回出展時（2019年）からのポリプラの大きな変化として、ダイセルの100%子会社となったことがあります。今回の出展でも、上述の通りダイセルミライズのセルブレン-ECやダイセルのCAFBLO^TM、ダイセルから移管してきたプラストロンを紹介できたことで、より充実したポートフォリオをお客様にアピールできました！Salah satu perubahan besar dalam Polyplastics sejak pameran terakhir (2019) ialah Polyplastics telah menjadi subsidiari milik penuh Daicel. In addition to the special theme of “Sustainability,” the booth also had showcases of the categories of “Automotive,” “Life,” “Solution,” and “Medical.” We also exhibited the latest technology and examples in the medical field centered on TOPAS.
In the “Life” exhibition, we were able to introduce application examples of Polyplastics-Evonik’s PEEK.
