On 28th September we said goodbye to our managing director Mr. Jähme who goes into retirement after 47 years working in Leuna. LCPG organized a farewell party with all employees, friends and guests. Shiwaku-san, the president of Polyplastics Group, other high-ranking manager of Polyplastics and further stakeholders were also invited.
Mr. Jähme, an expert of carboxylation products, started working as a 16 years old trainee in Leuna and finished his carrier as the Managing Director of LCPG. After the greeting of all guests, Mr. Jähme gave a speech of his impressions and experiences in his working life. Furthermore he handed over company´s leadership officially to Mr. Felix Hühnerschulte, the former plant manager of LCPG.
With his engineering background and administrative knowledge as well as his experience in his previous positions, Mr. Hühnerschulte has ideal preconditions to continue and strength the success story of LCPG as the Managing Director of the company.
Our President Shiwaku-san gave a speech in German to thank Mr. Jähme for the commitment and his contribution.
