Editor’s Postscript

How did you like this issue of P-Mates?

The editors hold meetings each time we begin work on a new issue of P-Mates to exchange opinions on what topics to take up.

During the meeting this time, the editors voiced several opinions on the best way to present the headline article on the midterm business plan.

One thing we had a hard time with was determining the kind of information—matters such as the content and volume of the information and the perspective from which it is presented—that would be ideal from the vantage point of the readers of P-Mates. The editors ultimately stuck to two points, “keep it simple” and “provide information that is easy to remember and refer to.” How each individual’s work is linked with the midterm business plan will differ. But we all can bring an awareness of the midterm plan to the performance of our daily work duties. That’s why the article focuses on the key points of the plan that are easy to remember.

One of our priorities is to provide articles for P-mates that employees can enjoy in relaxing moments away from work, and that activate communication between group companies. P-Mates is also a venue for relaying important messages. So it is a communication tool with a wide-ranging mission that we hope will be read by as many people as possible. The entire editorial staff will continue to make every effort to provide springboards that motivate people to read P-Mates, and articles that readers find informative and enjoyable.

To all of you busy at work who spend part of your valuable time to read P-Mates, we hope that your one click will produce power to further activate the Polyplastics Group.
