Cricket originated in England and then followed by various countries. But for sure no other nation loves this sport as India does. For Indians it is not just a sport but a religion.
This game is played with bat and ball between two teams. Each team have 12 members.
Cricket can be played in various formats eg. Five day, one day and now days the most popular format is 20 – 20 i.e. played for few hours. With the time there have been many changes in the game but the love for cricket in India still remains the same.
India has produced one of the most successful cricketers of the world of all times, “ Mr. Sachin Tendulkar” who played cricket for the country for more than 20 years and have created many records.
Still most of the Indians wait eagerly for cricket world cup and then prefer to skip work for important matches, this madness would continue for generation.
