Female Staff's New Uniform
 
As known, the use of uniform boosts a standard company image as one dimension, and has important effects on work efficiency as a second. Therefore, PTW enacts the uniform policy, which employees are required to wear a set of standard clothing in the course of routine work assignment. However female staffs, the minority employees, have been excluded for a long time. On account of various reasons, there is no formal apparel for our female staffs while on duty.

It is going to change now! Taking the chance to conduct the uniform replacement for male staffs, which will officially take place this April, we wholly consider female uniform issue, too. Female staffs intensely refuse to use the male's uniform style as a basis. (I didn't say it's ugly.) Starting from the type, color, material and even the cut of uniform, we meet many struggles. Having been facing the dilemma of the uniform cost or the beautiful style female staffs all love, we finally coalesce into a set of standard attire- light-pink blouse and navy blue trousers or skirt with white fine stripes.

This is the first time for our female staffs having our own uniform, and thus opening a new chapter in company history. Now, our ladies wear new uniform at special occasions or official receptions to fully show conspicuousness.

Besides, female staffs seem happy with the uniform system. Our ladies say, "Official uniforms save my time. In the morning, I will not have to make up mind on what to wear." "I will not be harassed because of clothes whether are in the newest fad or not." "Uniform reduces my cost to buy other clothes."

Here thanks to the great assistance from Ms. Mariko Imada of PPC, our staff uniform case goes smoothly. She gives us the samples, and photos of PPC current uniform for reference, and the resolutions related to uniform issue, too. Thank you, Ms. Imada!
