Hi buddies!!! This is Ben Wu from PCL and acts as an A. Credit Manager. In my recollection that when I joined to Polyplastics one year ago, I have to adapt the changes from local working culture to multinational working culture, team work with some subordinates to one-man band and reengineering the credit control system, but now is much more comprehensive and easily to handling as we, of course is all PCL colleagues, put a lot of efforts to build the strong foundation of 2006 PCL Credit Control Policy and System, and now we are enjoying the period of crop. In this period, I still keep on eyes of the corporate trend and ready to fulfill the necessary change of corporate credit objective, however, as I'm still very fresh, so it is really need to learn more from all of you.

Being of my position, Credit Control, the main duty and fundamental purpose is provide better customer service through our credit offer and imply increase sales, on the other hand, in the meanwhile, have to protect and safeguard Polyplastics assets without losing future opportunities. Therefore, sometimes I will act like a sales person but in between, I'm acting like a guard to protect the whole company healthy. That is the hardest task for me to achieve when balancing these two positions, so for this position, personal integrity and independence are very important

As you may see that these two positions always have dilemma, so sometime I will give some troubles to sales colleagues when protect the benefit of company in the whole view is necessary, so please let me to say sorry and apologies to you from this opportunity and hope you can understand me and forgive my job.

After the bored description above, let's talk about some of my exciting life!! Work hard and play hard!! Actually, almost all of sport activities that I would interested on it, such as soccer, basketball, etc and I'm an interscholastic member in the school age, however, times files, human cannot resist the physically change when getting older (I think it should be my physically "lazy" and my belly) and now I can only play for 10 minutes and have had Red Cross or ambulance standby in order to save my life!! LOL!! Therefore, other activities dominated my second generation, such as karaoke, Taiwan mahjong, clubbing, meeting people from different counties, characters and levels, drink'n drunk to relax, etc. As I think, my most favorite, Taiwan mahjong, is the best and heaviest exercise of me now and it can avoid Alzheimer's disease. (It should be my excuse to avoid to do exercise!!) Anyway, let's have a gathering when you come to Hong Kong and I can be a tour guide and bring you all to experience Hong Kong exciting night live. Hi everyone, my name is Doris Lam and it is fantastic to introduce myself here. As a new member in accounting team, I am pleased to join in Polyplastics family and work with all of you.

Starting from October last year, my job is focusing on accounting issues including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and so on. It is great opportunity for me to learn further and understand more about the company operations. Besides, it's my pleasure to participate in the I-Ren project, in which I could extend the experiences from my previous company and also it's a great challenge to further develop myself.

For my hobbies, I like making cake as it is interesting to learn how to make delicious cake step by step with different ingredients. Now, I also modify or mix the recipes to new tastes. To make a tasty cake recognized by others is so satisfied, so I am usually inviting my friends and colleagues to make comments over my artworks. It is also the way for me to relax and refresh after working. You may see many chefs are fat in their size as they are always eating during cooking in kitchen. Why am I not in this style? It's because I like making cake but interestingly I don't like eating.

Apart from the real one, I am interested in making "foods" from clay, such as chocolates, tarts, cakes, fruits, vegetables, Japanese noodles with beef, etc. They are not for eating, only for decoration and as a gift to friends. I think it is not easy for you to distinguish the imitation from the real one. Here are some photos for my productions... Let's guess, but NO prize...... haha!!!

During the weekend and holiday, I like to going out with my dog, Fat Bean, to countryside or beach. It's funny and joyful to go outing with her to enjoy sunshine and fresh air. Walking with her is not only good for her to keep fit but also good for me......haha!!!

Hiya, I am Vivienne, I graduated from the U.K. with a BA(Hons) in Business Administration. I became a new member of PCL since September 2006. It wasn't my first job but for the plastic industry is absolutely new for me.

I am working for the Sales Team (Japan portion), and my role is mainly to assist Shigeki san in different aspects, which involves sales forecasting, as well as producing monthly reports, and the sales budgeting...etc.

Time goes so quick, I have been working for PCL almost six months now, and the deepest impression for me was last December when we first started to implement the i-Ren system, it wasn't very smooth from the beginning and we were exhausted. However, it was animated that Shigeki san gave me loads of supports and encouragements, and the aids from some other colleagues.

By the way, in private, I love travels as most of the discoveries are being made via my journey, additionally I enjoy meeting people with different cultures.

However, in the near future, I hope we could achieve the company goal together through our collective efforts.
