SRC was represented by its Chairman - Mr. Saifuddin Nawawi, Secretary - Ms. Rosmawati Abd Rashid, Treasurer - Ms. Hasniza Abu Bakar, Committee Members - Mr. Tengku Adib (Safety, Health & Environment), Mr. Roslizam Razak (Logistics & Purchasing), Mr. Wan Nazaruddin Shah (Utility), Mr. Normann Arbaq (NPP), Mr. Koh Chun San (FPP) and Mr. Musfani (Engineering & Maintenance).

PAP management was represented by Managing Director - Mr. M. Yamawaki, Plant GM - Mr. Sim Ah Siang, General Manager, Human Resources & Administration - Haji Md Nasir Mamat, Production Manager - Mr. Hanafi Ali, Asst. Manager Logistic & Purchasing - Mr. Saedul Khuderi, Safety, Health & Environment Section Manager - Mr. Mat Nafi and Human Resouces & Administration Section Manager - Mr. Chiew Choa Sum.

The function of SRC is to plan and organizes yearly events to promote motivation and empowerment to PAP employees. The SRC chairman will be appointed by the management on rotating basis among PAP employees within two years period. The elected chairman then will get the nomination from all departments to propose the committee member from each department. Yearly budget will be allocated to SRC to conduct the sport and recreation events, including family day & annual dinner.

Special appreciation to the former committee members leads by Mr. Fauzi as the chairman, for their job well done in promoting several activities for the year 2005 / 2006.
