1. Polyplastics New Management Formation effective March 30, 2007
Polyplastics announced new management formation effective March 30, 2007.
With regard to auditors, Mr. Eitaro Ikegami retired from his position of Standing Auditor. Instead of Mr. Ikegami, Mr. Satoshi Terada is newly elected as Standing Auditor.
With regard to managing executive officers, Mr. Hiroshi Nakamura, Mr. Ryuichi Sekita, and Mr. Noboru Goto are newly elected as Managing Executive Officer.
With regard to executive officers, Mr. Noriyoshi Miyamoto, Mr. Yasutoshi Segizawa and Mr. Haruyasu Itoh are newly elected as Executive Officer. Mr. Fusayoshi Fujii retired from his position of Executive Officer and is newly appointed as Executive Assistant to General Manager of Sales and Marketing Division.
