Last March I received an opportunity to visit PPC headquarters in Japan along with two other colleagues from PolyEU and LCPG. For me it was the first time flying to Japan and also the first time to fly for more than four hours straight. When going into Tokyo with the N’EX(Narita Express) after arriving at the Narita Airport, I was able to take a first glance at the environment and was impressed by its stunning beauty. At the office we were greeted with a warm welcome and met many colleagues which I had previously only been in contact with by e-mail. I went back to Germany after one week with a positive feeling and many impressions which will help me to improve my personal collaboration with the Japanese colleagues in the future.
