“The Family Day at PPC Tokyo head office” was held on March 26th. This was the first trial of its kind in Tokyo head office.
Total 36 members (17 families of employees who work at Tokyo head office) participated. On that day, we prepared the brief company introduction, the product introduction, and the office tour. And we also prepared the events such as the “Business cards exchange with Shiwaku-san”, the treasure (Resin characters stickers) hunt, Ringisyo game.
In addition, we also made the big panel which showed the photos of the employees working in the office.
As a result, we got great feedbacks from the participants.
It was just 2 hours and short, but we succeeded in completing all of the programs without any accidents.
The employee’s families do not have the chance to see the workplace where their fathers and mothers work, so we got the big satisfaction from them.
