For this issue of P-Mates we've again received articles from many of our group companies and photographs for the Share feature. Thanks so much to all of you who contributed!
The column featuring culture and traditions around the world introduces events held from April to June. In Japan, the month of April is a refreshing time of year that we associate with "the new fiscal year" and "new beginnings." It's a time when many people are transferred to a new worksite, and at Polyplastics we want to make a fresh start and enjoy the new business year together with our colleagues. All of the seasonal events reported by group companies were new to us and very interesting. It reminded us that there are so many things in the world that we don't know about. Learning about each other's differences and absorbing good new things helps us to grow.
P-Mates can't report on the very technical aspects of your work, but this issue offers a group of articles that perfectly communicate the different environments you grew up in and the cultures that form the foundations of your thinking. The P-Mates editorial team hopes reading the articles will give you a refreshing break from work and help you to get to know the Polyplastics family around the world better.
