On January 29, a social gathering was held at Landmark Square Tokyo attended by about 100 employees from the Tokyo head office.

The party started off with words of greeting from President Goto.
The seating at the tables was arranged in advance so that people could have a chance to talk with and get to know better people they don't normally see in the course of their daily work so they could get to know each other better. As everyone enjoyed the delicious meal served in buffet style, teams competed against each other in a ring toss competition. The game required physical skill rather than mental skill and everyone got really excited and gave it their best effort. The teams with the highest scores won meal tickets and other prizes. It was a lot of fun.

Next, five teams of volunteers gave performances that included singing the song Sakura in Japanese and English to the accompaniment of recorders, a variation on the act of a famous Japanese comedian as variations of a song were sung in the background, songs and rap, and dance livened the party atmosphere.

A drawing for luxurious prizes was held and as the names of the winners were announced people gave shouts of either happiness or disappointment.
Tickets for Disneyland and a muscle training machine were among the prizes given.

The party ended with a message by Executive Officer Yuki Yoneda in which he expressed his wish that this year will be a good year for the Polyplastics Group. A big thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy schedule to plan and operate the party.
