Technical Salon is a big seminar that we arrange every year since the new office of ASEAN TSC has been opened. The purpose is to promote our technical support and build good relationships with customers. And this year, we organized it under the theme of “Cost Reduction”.
On 12 February, 2016, it was held at Auditorium Convention Center of Thailand National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), ASEAN TSC laboratory and National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) Pilot Plant. We welcomed over 100 guests on that day. The seminar contained technical knowledge lectures, poster presentations and 6 stations of technical show.
In the morning part, we had 3 presentations by 3 lecturers started with “Technique to apply CAE on product development” from Mr. Sedthawatt Sucharitpwatskul, a CAE specialist of MTEC. Next topic was “Using Innovation for Market requirement” by Mr. Hiroki Otsuka from Japan TSC and the last topic was from Mr. Ratcharoj Charoensak, he presented about “Polyplastics Innovation Show and ASEAN TSC Support Activity”. In the afternoon part, we devided the customers into 6 groups to join our technical presentations at 6 stations by rotation. At each station, our technical engineers explained and shared our techniques as cost reduction measures, such as “Aki-lock, a bonding technology”, “CAE Analysis”, “Precision Analysis ” and etc.
For the overall image of seminar was desirable and we hope it can create customer satisfaction more and more.
