PCL Spring Dinner was held on 22 February 2016 at Peking Garden Tsim Sha Tsui. The dinner party was started by Mr. Uchida's speech. He thanked for our contribution in the last year and hoped PCL business target would be reached smoothly.

I think most of the colleagues are interested in joining our lucky draw section to try their luck on getting the Big Prize. Mr. Uchida had drawn the first lucky winner who was invited to choose one present on the table with a red envelope. After a long selection, only three staff members were left to win the 3rd prize, 2nd prize and the 1st prize. Finally, the luckiest winner was Ms. Carmen Chan, Janice Tsang and Albert Qian.

Apart from the lucky draw, we did enjoy the delicious dishes such as Peking duck, shark's fin with chicken soap, dried oysters, pork dumpling and fine wine.
