After the annual shut down, PTM had about one month extra shut down for the purpose of reduce inventory. During the period, we organized a series of activities to motivate employees’ team building and team spirit.
First, we organized PTM 119 and PNL 17 employees for annual travel. For the different requirement from employees, we chose 3 destinations; they are Shandong Taishan Mountain, Anhui Guniuqiang Mountain and Hubei Shennongjia Area. All employees enjoy it very much. Especially, we organized photo shot competition during annual travel. We got about 55 good pictures which were shot by our employees, and finally 19 employees got awards. Although the awards are little, we encourage employees to develop their interests, which can balance their work and life well.
Second, we organized tug-of-war competition. That was the first time we organized the activity and employees had high enthusiasm and prepared a lot to show their spirits. Each dept. /section had a team and after rounds of game, the mechanical section team won as a men’s team and the QA department won as a ladies’ team. All winners were very proud and glad to get souvenirs.
Also, we organized annual donation to needy students. Totally we donated RMB18,000 to 60 students. All employees and expatriates joined the charity. The most impressed thing was that we realized a little girl who has got our donation continuously when she was 1st grader, and she grew up and then, she was 6th grader.
