PSL top management lecture to PTM/PNL /

On April 8, Mr. Nakamura, Mr. Saitoh and Mr.Chen from PSL visited PTM/PNL for lecturing sales situation to all managers. This is a good opportunity of exchanging opinion between production plant and sales company, and the promotion of Polyplastics Family.

Hereby there are four section managers from PTM/PNL would like to share their understanding of the lecture.

PTM Polymer section manager Mr. Zhiyong WU:
I think the actual job of sales and customer service is not only belonged to sales department by also need the collective efforts by production, sales and research department with idea of “core value”. We production department need to produce more qualified product to meet the growth of market and customer requirements.

PTM Instrument section manager Mr. Jian SHEN:
PSL has explained all PPC product categories and the market share. I feel that PPC product is quite competitive with the progress of new product research and development, cost down and special design to satisfy customers. I’m very confident of PPC future.

PTM Logistic section assistant manager Ms. Shirley ZHOU:
I got the further information about our products and end users by the explanation in meeting. I think our logistics team should not only to arrange delivery follow sales company instruction but also to support them to provide good service to customers. It's important for us to keep good communication and share information between sales company and plant. 

PNL production section assistant manager Mr. Jianwei WANG:
By this communication, I'm more clear about our position on the market both domestically and globally, as well as who are our competitors and their progresses.
Moreover, I can feel the efforts and endeavor of our sales team in expanding the business, and one major advantage for them in doing this, is that our (prospective) customers have the faith in the brand of "Polyplastics". As a member of "Polyplastics-family", I'm eager to make the brand even shining. And as a production person, I will do it by producing high-quality and low-cost product efficiently for the continues improvement.
