Our Plant Manager Mr. Hans-Jürgen Jähme celebrated his 60th Birthday in March 2015.
Mr. hans-Jürgen Jähme works in Leuna for 45 years and has gone as a Plant Manager through several time periods with our factory. From the GDR-time (before the wall came down in 1989 ) until today when the factory belongs to Polyplastics Japan. He was faced during that time with changes from political nature to different ownership and it´s style of management.
On the occasion of his birthday he invited the LCP Leuna-team members to the Max-Clubhouse, which is the historical restaurant of Leuna´s chemical site on an evening in March.
The team enjoyed a wonderfull dinner, where everybody from us could relax, enjoy the time together remembering the times, problems and joy which we experienced together . The dinner itself was traditional German food like Venison, Schnitzel, potatoes and of course roast pork's neck together with vegetables from the region.
We presented him a basket packed of traditional and regional German food and drinks like chocolate, special tea, sausages etc. Further to that he got a voucher for a political cabaret (stage) in Leipzig, what he and his wife like very much.
