Paper flower also known as Bougainville is a kind of plant which suitable for its growth in the south of China. Its bracts are large and beautiful. The color of flower is bright. When the flowers bloom，the bright color make person very jazzily and warm feeling as the city of Shenzhen filled with infinite vitality. So it has been selected as city flower in 1986.
Bougainvillea is easy to grow as long as there is sufficient sunlight and pouring water twice a week. Also it is bound to be displayed on flower show every year.
