The girl working in the drugstore suggested that I drink echinacea herb tea as a cold preventative, so I drink it at work every day. I started drinking it last year in the fall. Compared to last year, the number of days I feel in good condition this year seem to have increased.

Aroma oil is a self-investment I’ve started recently. When I’m working, I wear a pendant that’s perfumed with rosemary essential oil that helps me to concentrate better. To relax at home, I use a diffuser to fill the room with fragrance and enjoy soaking in the bathtub with cypress essential oil added to the bath water. I use aroma oil for cleaning, too. One is an oil-decomposing spray containing orange essential oil I use to clean in the kitchen. Another is an anti-bacterial spray containing tea tree essential oil that prevents mold from forming. Right now I use about 20 different kinds of essential oils and they all have good effects—for me, it’s a feeling of receiving the power that plants have. More than anything, the fragrance of plants is comforting and gives me the energy I need for my daily activities.

For myself I discover that "Traveling and experiencing different cultures"

These activities give you "mental rest". Your body rests when you sleep, but your mind keeps on cranking. Have you ever awoken in the middle of the night and noticed that you were thinking about something? The best way to give your mind a rest is good for your spirit and your brain. It gives your brain a chance to think strategically and keep it working. When you do get back to work, your mind will be fresh and learning will occur more efficiently. It will broaden your experience of life and nature. These experiences serve as metaphors for learning new conceptual topics.

Target shooting has been a hobby of mine for more than 20 years ago. Putting my ability to use, I took up hunting in 2013. The deer that miraculously happened to be passing by took this picture—no, that’s a joke! But there’s a bandit hiding in the woods in the picture. Can you see where?
