Crystal's feeling of being the first time mother

ILittle Charles was born on 6 February 09 in St Teresa Hospital with the weight and height of 7 lbs 1 oz and 49.5 cm respectively.

It was the most wonderful feeling when I heard Little Charles's first cry in the delivery room. I realised that I have become a mother and I feel so amazed whenever I hold him in my arms. I said to myself, "He is the one who kicked strongly in my belly" I enjoy every moment with him.

But, it's not so funny sometimes..........when he cried up madly for milk in every three hours throughout the day and made a fool of me in the middle of the night.

One day, when I was changing the diaper for him, his cheerful look made me less precautious. After I removed his dirty diaper for a new one, yes, at that very moment, he relaxed and let the poo-poo spurt out. I screamed but he made a smile. It seemed that nothing had happened.

All his clothes had got to be changed.......... He is a mid-night cat and loves to play with his mom and dad while they are sleeping. ZZZZZZ

[Introduction of Ms. Crystal Lam]

I'd like to introduce Ms. Crystal Lam.
She is Finance, Administration and Credit Control Manager in PCL, Hong Kong.
She's been working with us for 5 years.

I met her in Hong Kong soon after she joined. It was because I went to help her take over from her predecessor from the viewpoint of Human Resources.
We've been communicating friendly and deeply for these 5 years mainly through e-mails, sometimes on telephone, and sometimes face to face when either went on a business trip.
Of course we normally use English, but she sometimes writes a short e-mail in Japanese and I sometimes in Chinese. Either is a language teacher for the other.

She is usually quite modest and gentle, but once she argues with me, she speaks very fast and loudly.
Her explanation is quite logical and I am always persuaded by her. The result of the discussion turns to be, of course, excellent and useful for us and the company.
I am very pleased to have had chances to work with her to devote ourselves to the current and future Polyplastics group.
Many thanks to Crystal.

Naoyuki KOMACHI Manager, Global HR, PPC
