Messrs. Makoto Iiyama and Noriyoshi Miyamoto retired from their executive positions due to the expiration of their terms of service. Mr. Iiyama has assumed the role of Advisor as of March 31, 2009.
Messrs. Katsuhiko Takahashi, Yasuyuki Kakeya, Koyu Fujio and Tsuneyoshi Okada retired from the position of Advisor.
