This is the second time that I wrote about Chinaplas ∼ the annual high-light promotion activity in G. China regions, for P'mates. The feeling of me this time is totally different from the last ∼ with bitter and sweet.

Due to the change of company policies and communication pattern, I had come across lots of obstacles throughout the whole process. For several nights, I worked with our production house till mid-night. We were like zombies when we left the office.

Despite of the hard times, I felt rewarded after seeing that we had plenty of traffic at our exhibition booth, especially compared with our competitors. But the most exciting part was actually outside this event ∼ the "Thank You Dinner" on the second day of the exhibition. It was a dinner with 46 staff attended included top management from Japan.

After the dinner had started for an hour, nobody sat on their chair any more. We toured to each table by bringing along our drinks, whether it was bear, wine, soft drink or tea. Laughing and shouting hit the roof of the restaurant, and camera flash blinked here and there. It was the most exciting and harmonized internal dinner that I have ever experienced in PPG in the past 12 years ∼ no more price increasing talk; borders and boundaries were gone; old staff, new comers and management were all-in-one.
