For the purpose of labor protection and consequently to ensure the safety production, PTM held the firefighting drill during Sep. and Oct. Through awaking the employees' risk awareness, therefore to enforce the safety management.

It were held at NETDA firefighting center, about 120 employees attended this firefighting drill. As for the normal process of the working all employees were divided into four groups, and each group had three-day drill separately.

The first day, every attendee arrived training center on time seems very excited. After the simple demonstration of importance of safety in the fire department, the various items of personal protective clothing, organization and operation of a fire department and the concept and principles of fire behavior.

After that training formally began, from the theory knowledge training to the practical application. Everyone tried very hard though it is a little tired they really enjoyed it. In the noon, all attendees had the lunch in the training center. From the photo, we can find though the meal is not so delicious but they all eat very happy.

Through the three day drill, every attendee got a good understanding of the importance for knowing personal survival techniques if trapped in a fire situation, acquired the basic knowledge of hose use as well as fire extinguisher, and also practiced the techniques by applying the material in a practical setting. That's the best harvest for them.
