	Joni MBA Experience Sharing

Almost 2 years of studying MBA since 2003 and now I was graduated successfully. When I looked back to last two years, it was not an easy road to run but I did finish it eventually with high satisfaction.

It was really fruitful for me to study the MBA Course and I did enjoy the studying time. Sometimes when I close my eyes, pictures by pictures of taking class at school, personal assignment, group projects and textbooks, studying at home in midnight or earlier in the morning were fulfilling clearly in my mind. I enjoyed very much on each group presentation and preparation of exam. Studying MBA corse did train me up a lot on quick thinking, speed of reading, time management, analytical ability and language usage of both writing and speaking in Mandarin & English. These training influence to my dairy sales activities.

Studying MBA course was one of my great achievement in my life that I could finish it on time and on schedule. Of course, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my appreciation to my lovely family members, Michael, my husband, and my two sons, Alan and Newman.

	My English name is Henry.He , given by my English teacher . My Chinese name is He Hanjian . I was born in August 1970 , my hometown is Hu Nan province , which is a beautiful place ,and I grow up on it . I graduated from South of China University , which is a famed school on Guangzhou , my major was polymer chemistry . I got bachelor degree in 1994 . I joined the PCL Guangzhou office in July 2004 , my job is technical service . I must travel everywhere , the job is very challenging , I can learn much from it . It is my pleasure to be a member of the PCL Guangzhou office , every colleague is very nice and hard-working , I hope to improve myself with development of our company .
