Project for PAP ISO 9001:2002 standard

ISO 9001 project was officially launched on Feb 7, 2002 with Lloyd's

Workshop (2 days in-house) to train our staffs on the understanding of ISO9001:2000 standard. In November last year the management under the supervision of our Managing Director - Mr. Segizawa spearheaded the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 for our Kuala Lumpur Office which involved 3 departments i.e Human Resources & Administration, Logistics & Purchasing Department & Sales & Marketing. The main emphasis is on continual improvement of all of our processes to the satisfaction of our customers.

With the good team work from all our staffs, we obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification on 31st October 2002. PAP has created yet another milestone in our development.
