On Sep 30th, PTM & PNL held the 2nd Tug-of-War Competition for the purpose of cheering up the employees and strengthening our team spirit. There were 12 male teams and 4 female teams to compete for the championship. It was more notable this year as we had some managers including 3 expatriates joined in the activity as one of the teams. After the fierce competition, Engineering & Maintenance department among male teams and Production Department among female teams won the championship. All winners were very glad to get souvenirs which were awarded by company president Mr. Arakawa.
On Nov 9th, 19 representatives from China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATARC) visited PTM & PNL, accompanied by PPC and PSL. CATARC is in charge of specification drafting of Chinese automotive industry standard this year. Now they are visiting many automotive companies to collect the data. It was a good chance for PTM & PNL to show our high developed corporate social responsibility related to environment protection and quality assurance activities. CATARC representatives listened to the presentation regarding our products by PPC and PSL members. Then they visited PNL QA School, product application exhibition room and PTM laboratory.
