Solution Field (SF) was completed in September as the project of the Committee to Create an Office Environment Conducive to Work set up in December 2014. SF is the culmination of an entirely new way of thinking and the enthusiasm of the committee members. The office features a layout in which meeting rooms, meeting spaces, and spaces for intensive work by individuals have been placed at the intersections of all lines of flow throughout the office for the purpose of leading to incidental encounters and raising work efficiency through communication.
The highly rated cafe atmosphere of the SF is the result of the imaginative ideas of everyone involved in the project. But this is just the beginning. We want to transmit these ideas from the SF to as many of you in the Polyplastics-Family as possible and create a new movement within Polyplastics. When you come on business to Tokyo, be sure to stop by the SF and absorb all of our great ideas!
