From 18th to 19th, April, G-POM (Global-POM) meeting was held in PTM,following the first one held in PAP.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the possible improvements for optimizing the POM operation and the future plant, and important people from related departments in each manufacture plants gathered to PTM. Dr. Tsugio Tenda (PPC), Dr. Tadahiro Horiguchi (PPC), Dr. Kazushi Horio(PPC), Mr. H. H. Hsieh (PTW), Mr. Eddy Yang (PTW), Mr. S. H. Hsieh (PTW), Mr. Fumitoshi Asano (PAP), Mr. Van Fu Shen (PAP) and mangers and engineers from Monomer and POL/FIN in PTM.
The chairman, Mr. H.H.Hsieh, gave the opening speech and lead the meeting. We shared information with each other and discussed possible improvements widely. Before closing the discussion, we summarized the future plan and action to improve continuously. And we reviewed our value, “Polyplastics-Family” and “Polyplastics-Way” to motivate each participant.
We also held the PTM plant tour for them and introduced our plant in details.
Some of the participants made full use of this opportunity and extended their stay for several days to have further discussions.
We hope all the plants will continuously make good improvements and keep contributing to PPC group.
