PTM establish the JUKU School and it will help us with strengthening and improving employees’ safety training a lot now.
In G-ESH audit of 2009, we had a good chance to visit PPC’s JUKU School, and we were deeply impressed on this safety training style. We can see the process about the accident happening and feel the pain of the injury through this training. This special hazard experiences remind the employee to keep safe for a long time when they work on site. It is a very good safety training method.
In 2010, top management of PTM approved this project. We started this project from Jan. 2011 with PPC’s help. We finished the JUKU School at the end of May. There are some equipment about hazard experience, such as safety belt, rotation valve, transfer belt and chain and so on. We prepare to train employees from June and we believe the safety mind of employees will be lifted up.
