Hi there, this is Frankie Lai, a graduate from the University of Hong Kong majoring in Japanese Studies. I have joined PCL since NOV 2009.

I am working for the Customer Service Team (Japan portion), and my main role is to assist Awata san in different aspects involving sales data processing as well as answering customer enquiry ...etc. Since working in PCL, credits to my Japanese superior and customers, my Japanese improves a lot. I am glad to work here as it just likes a big family with many nice colleagues.

My philosophy about life is "Working hard and playing hard". I love traveling wherever ....Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, Shanghai, India and UK. "Adventure more, explore more !" In additional, enjoying delicious food is another motivation of travelling around. I can taste different kinds of cuisines in a short journey; no one can resist such a yummy experience!

Apart from traveling, diving becomes my new favorite recently. You never know how astonishing is the ocean world until you know how to dive. I can swim with clown anemone fish and tortoises together freely. I can dive for treasure hunting around an old wreck. Especially, when I dive at night, I cannot see the surroundings clearly. What an exciting experience is to play 'hide and seek' in the ocean. For those photography addicts, I have to share with you that it is very difficult to do it in the deep water. Photos are easily to be "out of focus" as my body is always up and down. Are there any tricks to do better? I think the answer is "Practice makes perfect".
