My name is Jessica, work at PTW for 19 years. I am the personnel section manager and secretary of plant manager now. Except the secretarial work (it is the less part that I have to do everyday), I have to arrange trainings according to the job of employees, maintain the personnel database, salary issues, insurance and other related work of personnel. I like my job and do my job well.

For the special skill I'd like to introduce is Yoga Exercise. As you know the yoga exercise becomes the most popular exercise in Taiwan. Since working pressure is so high, we have to choose one kind of exercise to relax from work. I have been learning yoga for three years. The first surprise I learned yoga was that I could sleep deeply. My headache was gone, and also gains my health back. I learn how to relax by breathing of yoga, from the yoga posture let the organ run well and healthy. I was just like wooden body at the first three months; afterwards I tried to conquer the difficulties of the body and made it softly. Although it was painful during the exercise, it made me feel confidence. Exercise makes me feel younger and healthier.

Three-in-one external audit including the management systems of ISO/TS16949(2002), ISO14001(2004) and OHSAS18001(2007) & TOSHMS*1 was completed smoothly on May 21. We passed the related assessment and obtained the certification.

In order to make timely, cost-effective audit on ISO systems, we intended to integrate ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 standards, and received the third-party audit jointly. The four-day audit was conducted by the assessment organization, Underwriters Laboratories Inc. It's worth mentioning that we pursued the registration assessment of OHSAS 18001 & TOSHMS systems meanwhile.

In the close meeting, after justifying audit findings, the leading auditor was recommending PTW be registered to three management systems and congratulated us as conclusion. "Thanks for the great efforts you made for this audit. I appreciated your continuous support and assistance on company's ESH/QMS activities," said to the attendees Mr. H. H. Hsieh, our plant manager. He also emphasized, "Being a responsible company, the point is to certainly develop systems in place as a means to minimize the impact of our activities on the quality, environments, health and safety." This is our objective to implement ISO standards and guidelines!

Remarks:
TOSHMS stands for Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Management System, which guidelines were issued by the Council of Labor Affairs in 2007 referring the frameworks of OHSAS 18001(2007) and ILO-OSH(2001).
